All new bear blog CSS playground

A while back I shared a small tool for styling Bear blogs without wrestling with DevTools overrides: bear.css.observer. I've improved the UI a bit since then. The panel is cleaner, the editor is easier to live with, and the overall flow feels less like a hacked-together demo.
